Very open schedule as I don't have a job right now. Planning a multi-sport road trip for this summer.
I've been climbing for about 13 years. I joined a climbing team as a kid and competed. I still occasionally compete in local bouldering competitions. My many years of experience however, mostly is gym climbing unfortunately so I want to change that. My outside climbing mostly consists of single pitch sport routes but I am starting to trad climb. I also love to ice climb and just started that last year. I am a total newbie with mountaineering and just got back from a trip in South America where I summitted Cotopaxi in Ecuador and Mateo in Peru and got the itch for more.
Solo climbing road trip coming up! Wanting to climb more trad and visit more crags. I also want to push my grade outside. I currently will get on 5.11 sport routes outside and am currently doing 5.8 trad if I lead, if I follow I will climb whatever. Gotta work on that head game.
I want to get more into mountaineering and eventually summit Mt. Rainier!
I also want to ice climb a lot more this winter but first need some partners 🙂
