    Spend this summer in beautiful state parks throughout California, Colorado or Oregon: mountain biking, rock climbing, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, hiking and importantly, inspiring youth to get outdoors! And…get paid to do it!

We are seeking passionate applicants that have significant experience with children ages 3-18, and experience in some or all of the following activities: hiking, biking, rock climbing, paddling, backpacking and outdoor education. Experience in these sports is beneficial but not required, as we have extensive training to bring all our staff up to speed on all our core sports!

    Working with Avid4 Adventure, you will develop great relationships with a team of instructors as excited and passion about the outdoors as you! Every day is a new adventure teaching in beautiful state parks throughout California, Colorado or Oregon.
