    Hey ladies! I am starting a 6-week Climbing Power Endurance workout program on Monday. I’ll be working out at Portland Rock Gym on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. If you want to do the program or are free to train any of those days, let me know! It’s a solid commitment and gym time is anywhere between 2-4 hrs. Gotta train hard to send hard!
